The Operator shall remain responsible for managing the access to the website of its relevant consultants appropriately (this includes access provision and access removal).
Block bookings and general allotments are not permitted as passengers booked on the Cub’s must be identified at the time of booking and departure.
Cub’s shall be entitled to a fixed 10% commission on the ticket price.
The rate that applies on the date of purchase is only valid for the itinerary and the specific travel dates mentioned on the Trip Summary.
All rates are exclusive of park fees where applicable.
Cub’s Transfers & Tours expressly reserves the right to amend rates in the event of unforeseen increases in supplier tariffs, taxes or other Government levies, tourism levies, fuel prices, other taxes of whatever nature or other factors beyond its control.
Tickets booked on Cub’s Transfers & Tours are payable immediately upon booking.
Bookings made within 30 days of Cub’s departure – free cancellation applies for 7 days after bookings made. A standard, fixed cancellation fee of 30% will be charged from day 8 after the bookings were made up to the Cub’s departure date.
Bookings made more than 30 days prior to Cub’s departure – free cancellation applies for 15 days after bookings made. A standard, fixed cancellation fee of 25% will be charged from day 15 after the bookings were made up to the Go2 departure date.
No-show or late arrival of client after Cub’s has departed shall be charged at a 100% cancellation fee.
Any applicable refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 business days (excluding Namibian public holidays and weekends) of cancellation.
Unless otherwise indicated, “days” referred to herein shall be construed as calendar days, inclusive of Namibian public holidays and weekends.
Cub’s reserves the right to cancel any of its services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control without prior notice. Clients will be refunded for any tickets purchased for the trips cancelled by Cub’s Transfers and Tours.
Cub’s will not be liable for any additional loss or damage incurred by Operators or passengers as a result of such cancellation.
Departure time and place are fixed as per the booking website.
Passengers must ensure that they are present at the collection point at least 20 minutes prior to departure.
Passengers must ensure that they have their ticket reference number or booking confirmation as received in the confirmation e-mail, on hand for boarding.
Due to strict scheduling and to ensure a comfortable drive and on-time arrival at the destination, drivers are not permitted to wait for passengers who have not arrived at the collection point at departure time.
Please note that drop-offs and pick-ups selected along the route will be done at the indicated route stops. Operators and passengers are requested to ensure that they have arranged for transport to- and from these route stops to the lodges or towns passengers are booked with.
This is to ensure that the Cub’s Transfer & Tours arrives at the end-destination at the indicated time.
Operators may make adjustments to their purchased route on the website. Operators must note that adjustments to their route may incur additional cost. Any refunds that become due to Operators as a result of adjustments will be processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation (excluding Namibian public holidays and weekends).
All children must occupy a seat and may not be seated on another passenger’s lap. Car
seats can be accepted or arrange upon request.
Children under 13 years of age may not travel alone and must be accompanied by an adult older than 18 years of age.
Each fare-paying passenger is permitted to take, free of charge and at own risk, 1 (one) piece of luggage bag, which does not exceed 80 cm x 60 cm x 30 cm in size, of a total mass not exceeding 20 kg.
Cub’s Transfers & Tours will not transport any luggage not accompanied by a passenger unless full identity provided and wrapped in the presence of the authorize personnel.
All persons entering a Cub’s Transfers & Tours vehicle owned by r under its control do so entirely at own risk.
It is strongly recommended that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance including medical cover, as well as cancellation and curtailment covers, as this is not covered by Cub’s Transfers & Tours.
Cub’s Transfers & Tours shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expenses of any nature whatever suffered by the passenger or any party arising from the loss of or any damage to property.
Should sickness or accident interrupt a trip Cub’s Transfer & Tours shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising there from. Cub’s Transfers & Tours strongly recommends that passengers have the necessary insurance to protect against any eventuality.
Passengers shall be solely responsible for complying with the formalities required by police, customs, health, and other authorities at the point of departure, at the destination and whilst in transit as it may occur.
Passengers may not carry any unlawful and/or hazardous articles or substances whilst on the Cub’s Transport . Should any passenger contravene the aforesaid prohibitions, Cub’s will be entitled to immediately exclude the offender from the trip and such passenger will be responsible for his or her own repatriation and all costs associated therewith. Cub’s Transfers & Tours will under no circumstance assist any such offender in any dealings or negotiations with any authority.
Cub’s Transfers & Tours reserves the right to decline to accept or decline to retain any passenger if such passenger interferes with any other passengers onboard the Cub’s Transfers & Tours and/or causes any disturbance or nuisance.
Cub’s Transfers & Tours possesses the required passenger liability insurance, however, liability in the event of loss/damage of property or monies, personal injury or death may be limited.
The safety and comfort of our passengers are our first priority and to this end, our drivers are adequately licenced and experienced long-distance drivers.
Our drivers are required to adhere to national road regulations to ensure the safety of all passengers, which includes maintaining the relevant speed limit and making authorized stops only.
Passengers are requested to refrain from making requests to drivers that may compromise their ability to offer a safe and timely experience. Passengers must accept all reasonable instructions of the Cub’s Transfers & Tours driver.
In accordance with international practice and as a courtesy to non-smoking passengers, the traveller’s co-operation is required in implementing a policy of prohibiting smoking on vehicles. At no time and under no circumstance is smoking permitted on vehicles.
Cub’s Transfers & Tours reserves the right to alter or substitute vehicles and/or other arrangements should conditions necessitate. Cub’s will offer substitutes of equal value and will inform the Operator of any known changes before the departure.
No onboard food and beverages are offered to passengers. Only three refreshment stop will be made along the route. Clients are however advised to get any refreshments they may require prior to departure.
Passengers are advised that the general terms and conditions of the service providers are applicable independently ofthe Cub’s Transfers & Tours . Please be sure to make the necessary arrangements with your accommodation or next transport proivder provider for any additional services required (i.e. early check-in, late check-out, transfer to Cub’s Transfer Point departure point, etc.)
These terms and conditions shall be entirely applicable, without derogation to tour operators, agents and/or third parties making bookings in respect of their clients
